Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Wright State University Hospitality Services provided by Quest is a food and beverage company that is dedicated to the safe and responsible service of alcoholic beverages to its patrons during all events that take place at Wright State University's Nutter Center. In order for Wright State University Hospitality Services to serve alcohol responsibly, all patrons appearing under 30 years of age shall be required to present valid identification prior to the purchase of any alcoholic beverages, even when they are wearing the appropriate wristband. Acceptable bona fide identifications at Wright State's Nutter Center are: a Driver's License or State Photo ID, a Military ID, and/or a Passport. Expired ID's will not be accepted as adequate forms of ID. The policy at Wright State's Nutter Center is that all patrons who are 21 years or older that plan on purchasing, possessing and/or consuming alcohol must wear the appropriate wristband. Wristband stations are available at multiple locations on the concourse. There are no exceptions to the wristband policy. The sale of alcoholic beverages at each event at Wright State's Nutter Center will cease at management's discretion. Alcohol may not be sold at all events.
Animals
Only service animals are permitted in Wright State's Nutter Center. Current ADA guidelines do not recognize comfort animals, and they will not be permitted to enter the arena.
Assisted Listening Devices
Wright State's Nutter Center provides an amplification system for hearing impaired patrons. The devices are available at Guest Services, located at the top of section 210.

Bag Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, the Nutter Center has implemented the following clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that can be brought into the venue. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medical necessity items after proper inspections. Please read the guidelines carefully before attending an event.
The Nutter Center strongly encourages patrons not to bring any bags, but patrons will be able to carry the following style and size bag.
Approved Bags:
- Clear Plastic, Vinyl or PVC: Must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
- One-Gallon Clear Resealable Plastic Storage Bags: Such as Ziploc or similar.
- No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
Prohibited Bags:
- Backpacks
- Camera bags
- Fanny packs
- Purses larger than a small clutch bag
- Mesh bags
- Tinted plastic bags
- Printed pattern plastic bags
Prohibited Items:
For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed in the venue:
- Weapons of any kind
- Outside food and beverages
- Alcohol
- Illegal substances
- Large umbrellas
- Fireworks
- Professional cameras and recording devices
- Laser pointers
Tips for a Smooth Entry:
- Arrive early to allow time for inspection.
- Have your bags open and ready for inspection.
- Familiarize yourself with the policy before arriving to avoid delays

Berry Room
The Berry Room is flexibly designed to accommodate groups of up to 400 people for theatre-style presentations and 250 for banquets or receptions. Our event coordinator can subdivide the 5,280 square foot room into one, two, or three rooms with recessed, movable walls to match your event size. The room may also be used for smaller trade show set ups utilizing its two alcove areas. Frequently used as beverage stations, these alcoves can also be adapted to display business materials or serve as storage. Birthday Parties
Wright State's Nutter Center has several areas available for rent to accommodate a birthday party at an event. Suites and party decks are available on an event by event basis. Food and beverage service is available from Wright State University Hospitality Services provided by Quest. For menus and pricing, please visit the Catering page.
If you rent space, you will be permitted to bring in your own birthday cake. All other food and beverages must be purchased from Wright State University Hospitality Services. For suite availability, contact the Event Coordinator at (937) 775-3670.

Catering
Wright State University Hospitality Services provided by Quest is the exclusive caterer at Wright State's Nutter Center. They offer a full service catering facility and can accommodate business luncheons, wedding receptions, and all events from casual to sophisticated. Chosen for their enthusiasm, presentation abilities, and culinary skills, the Wright State University Hospitality Services staff is trained in the finer points of exhibition cooking and techniques of exceptional dining service. Children’s Tickets
In general, children must have their own ticket once they have reached their second birthday. For Wright State University Basketball, a child who's reached their third birthday must have their own ticket. Some shows, especially family shows, may have their own policies. If an event deviates from the standard Wright State's Nutter Center policy, typically information will be posted on the specific event page.
Classrooms
There are several classrooms located within the Nutter Center. The McLin Gyms (also referred to as NC 117, NC 117A, NC 117B and NC 117C) are located on the first floor. Classrooms 236, 240, 241 and the weight room (NC 208) are located on the second floor. Classrooms 311 and 330 (also referred to as the multi-purpose room) are located on the third floor. All students attending classes in the Nutter Center should park in lot #9 and enter the building through the McLin Gym/Gate 9 entrance.

Elevators
Wright State's Nutter Center has two elevators available for use, both located on the back side of the building. Elevator access may be restricted during certain events and available only for patrons with disabilities.
Emergency Procedures
Wright State's Nutter Center staff members are trained in emergency procedures. Please follow their instructions in an emergency situation.

Face coverings/masks
Face coverings or masks are strongly recommended for unvaccinated guests. Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings. Those who feel most comfortable wearing a face mask regardless of vaccination status are encouraged to do so.
Fan Code of Conduct
Wright State University's Nutter Center is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable event experience for all fans and event participants.
The Fan Code of Conduct is designed to set clear expectations and encourage an event environment that is enjoyable for all. Wright State's Nutter Center strives to encourage good sportsmanship, and that includes appropriate fan behavior. In order to achieve this goal, we ask all fans to adhere to the following fan code of conduct:
- Our guests experience will not be disrupted by unruly actions or behaviors of others.
- Guests should report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest staff member.
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
- Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be asked to change prior to admission into the arena.
- Guests will not interfere with the event. Such actions could result in ejection from the premises.
- Wright State University is a tobacco-free campus; therefore, smoking is not permitted.
- Guests should refrain from verbal or physical harassment of the opposing team’s players or fans, field officials, and arena personnel.
- Upon entering the facility, all guests and items are subject to a physical inspection. Entering the gate area constitutes your consent to screening. Refusal to submit to inspection will result in denied entry.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Those appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or will be subject to ejection from Wright State's Nutter Center.
- NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member.
- Guests must adhere to the Code of Conduct provisions or they will be subject to ejection without refund and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
First Aid
Wright State University's Nutter Center provides medics from the Fairborn Fire Department for most ticketed events. Please let any staff member know if you need treatment. The First Aid office is located on the concourse level between sections 200 and 201 (near the elevators).

Gates Open
For most events the gates open approximately one hour before the start of the event. Please check the event details on the website for information specific to the event you're attending. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may cause the doors to open later than expected. Please be assured that we make every attempt to open doors on time or as shortly thereafter as possible.

Guest Services
The Guest Services Center is located on the concourse level at section 210. They can help you with seating, lost party members, emergencies, and any other questions you may have.

Lost and Found
If you lose an item, please visit the Guest Services Center on the concourse level at section 210. After the event is over, you may email Lost and Found or leave a voice mail at (937) 775-4743. If you find an item, please turn it in to any staff member.
Lost or Missing Persons
If you notice that a member of your party is lost or missing, immediately report to the Guest Services desk on the concourse level at section 210. Wright State University Nutter Center staff will help you locate your lost party members.

McLin Gymnasium
Located inside Gate 9 of Wright State's Nutter Center, McLin Gymnasium offers practice facilities for many of Wright State University's athletics teams and can also be used for corporate functions. McLin Gymnasium can also be transformed into a banquet hall with 28,000 square feet of exhibit space. It can accommodate receptions, banquets, conferences, and dinners for 300 to 1,000 people. Outside Food and Beverage Policy
Wright State University Hospitality Services provided by Quest is the exclusive caterer and concessionaire for Wright State University's Nutter Center. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility.

Parking
Wright State's Nutter Center has ample, onsite surface parking available for all events. Please visit our Directions and Parking page for additional details.
Postponed Events
If an event is postponed, information will be posted on our website and distributed to various media outlets. Wright State University's Nutter Center makes every effort to notify as many fans as possible, with as much notice as possible. Please hold on to your tickets until a decision has been made whether the event will be rescheduled or canceled.
Prohibited Items
For all events, the following are prohibited: food, drinks, large backpacks, helium filled balloons, firearms, weapons of any kind, animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities), selfie sticks, electronic cigarettes, air horns, and other items deemed inappropriate by arena security and staff. Some events may have additional restrictions that may include: spiked jewelry, chains, metal studded belts, cameras, pom-poms, noise makers, signs or banners, and other items deemed inappropriate by arena security and staff.

Re-entry
Wright State University's Nutter Center does not permit re-entry into the facility for ticketed events.

Safety
Wright State's Nutter Center is committed to providing a safe environment for fans, performers, athletes and staff. If you have any safety concerns, please bring them to the attention of the nearest staff member.
Seating Charts

Signs and Banners
The sign and banner policy is determined by the event. For Wright State University Basketball, signs may not be larger than 24” x 36”. Some events may not permit signs at all. Please visit the specific event page for additional information.
Smoking Policy
Wright State University's Nutter Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is only permitted in the outdoor designated areas located at Gates 3 & 6. Please have your ticket stub with you when you enter the smoking area.

Suites
There are eighteen luxury suites located on the concourse. The majority of the suites are leased by local companies or Wright State University departments, but a few are typically available to rent for most events. Each suite accommodates approximately twelve people. Catering for the luxury suites is exclusive to Wright State University Hospitality Services provided by Quest. Wright State University Hospitality Services' amenities include an on-site chef, professional meat carvers, bartenders, a complete line of hors d'oeuvres, mini buffets, and brunches. They also offer a complete line of wines, beers, and liquors. A special item or full menu may be made-to-order for any occasion. Weather
Occasionally an event may be adversely impacted by the weather. If an event must be postponed or canceled due to weather, information will be posted on the Wright State University Nutter Center website, as well as distributed to local media outlets. Every effort will be made to notify as many patrons as possible, with as much notice as possible.
Wheelchairs
Wright State University's Nutter Center provides wheelchairs at Guest Services on the concourse level at section 210. If needed, please ask any Wright State Nutter Center staff member to provide one. Reservations are not required.
